LEGAL CONTRACT BINDING

When a client purchases any service from StackAhead, they automatically agree to be legally bound by our Terms & Conditions. For services related to Trademark Registration, Copyrights, Patents, Certifications, and Legal Filings, StackAhead acts strictly as a service provider facilitating documentation and submissions based on the information provided by the client.
If a client decides to close, dissolve, or modify their business, it is solely the client’s responsibility to submit the required cancellation or amendment documents to relevant authorities to remove their legal name from official business records.
This protects business owners from potential legal liabilities or regulatory issues.
If the client fails to provide necessary documentation or take the required legal actions, StackAhead shall not be held liable and assumes no responsibility for any legal damages, claims, or losses incurred.

REVISION POLICY

The number of revisions depends on the package selected at the time of purchase.
Clients may request revisions only as stated in their selected package.
Revisions apply exclusively to the initially approved design or project concept.
Revised work will be delivered within 48 business hours.
No extra charges apply unless the original concept is changed entirely.
Any revision requested after final approval will be treated as a new order and charged separately.

REFUND POLICY

StackAhead maintains a strict refund policy. Refunds are not applicable under the following conditions:
A discounted or special package has been selected.
The primary design or concept has been approved.
Revisions have already been requested.
Cancellation reasons are not related to StackAhead.
No client communication for more than 14 days.
Company policies have been violated.
Another agency or freelancer has been approached.
The brief lacks necessary information.
A complete concept change is requested.
Refund request is outside the allowed time frame.
The business is closing or changing its name.
Reasons such as “change of mind” or internal disagreements.

Additional Conditions:
Refunds will not be processed after 7 days from the purchase date.
Services such as Social Media Marketing, SEO, Domain Registration, Trademark Services, Web Hosting, SSL, DDoS Protection, and Paid Plugins are non-refundable.
Website refunds are not applicable once the design is approved and moved into development.
Refund requests are not accepted after final approval or file delivery.
A partial refund (up to 25%) may be issued only if the client fails to provide the required brief within 10 days of ordering.
For bundled services, refunds apply only to the specific service, not the entire package.
StackAhead reserves full right to reject or cancel any project at its discretion.
After a refund is issued, the client forfeits all rights to use any submitted designs or creative materials, and all rights remain the property of StackAhead.

CLAIM YOUR REFUND

To request a refund, you may contact us via the Contact Us page or the official phone number listed on our website.
Once a refund request is received, it will be reviewed and processed upon approval.
After receiving a refund, the client holds no rights to use any designs or files provided during the project.

Confirmation is sent via email.
Standard turnaround time depends on the selected package.
Minimum delivery time is 2 business days.
For urgent requests, clients must contact customer support.

RECORD MAINTENANCE

StackAhead keeps records of finalized files.
If files are misplaced, clients may request re-delivery.
File retrieval may involve additional charges.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Our customer support team is available 24/7 for assistance.
We aim to provide prompt and professional responses at all times.

COMMUNICATION POLICY

StackAhead is not responsible for communication from email addresses or phone numbers not officially associated with our domain.
We take responsibility only for communication via official domain emails and phone numbers listed on our website.
StackAhead shall not be liable for any damages caused by unauthorized communication.
If a client fails to respond for 45 days, project reactivation charges may apply.
We take full responsibility for communication through our official channels.
